Shooting that day at the beach was extreme! Super cold and windy, but a very beautiful winter day. Low tide allowed us to step closer to the water to catch some waves in photos…

Surprisingly, it was pretty busy at the beach that day given the cold weather. Dogs running around…

The main thing while waiting is not to miss mistake my couple for someone else, haha. Jr mentioned they have a golden lab, so did many other people at the beach.

I normally ask the guy to send me a photo of the two of them so I know what they look like. Even though, given the moment is so spontaneous and I get a bit nervous shooting proposals, there’s still a slight chance you might not see them. Never happened but that’s the worry, especially at a public and crowded places.

Anyways, it was so nice working with these two + the dog. The photos came out amazing. And the family joined in the end for a quick “cheers” was a cherry on top.

Proposals became my absolute favorite thing to photograph so I made it my specialty.
